“Monica is so kind! Going to the doctor scares me but she put me at ease. I was also nervous to get my blood drawn because I’m pathetically squeamish but she did such a great job! She was like “Let me get you a bandaid.” and I was like “You’re done?!” I didn’t even know she had already drawn my blood! Dr. nangrani is great too - very personable. Overall, good experience:)”

I have an issue with their policy for cancellation of an appointment. The doctor suggested I made a follow up appointment even though I said I would follow up with my primary care.Doctor. I asked if I could cancel the appointment the next morning and he said yes. Then, again, when the front desk made the apartment I mentioned.I might be canceling the apartment and never once was.I told there'd be a cancellation fee was not told that until I called the next morning to cancel the appointment because I got in with my primary care.Doctor. I definitely feel that this is a deceptive.This cancellation fa should have been disclosed prior to me ever making the follow up appointment
If i've had that information, I would have never scheduled a follow up appointment knowing that I was going to go see my primary care.Doctor. Medical practice and would not recommend anyone go there. I also feel that a cancellation fee is above the normal standard for a cancellation fee of any other doctor office.

The doctor was heartless and displayed a bad attitude. She didn't take my concerns seriously she told me they forgot to give me the referral from my last visit didnt really assist me on this visit she cut me off with out hearing me out

Miss aanchal were phenomenal and quick and fast with everything. Very nice people! Got me prescribed with medicine and helped me out.

Great experience. My doctor was on vacation And I needed treatment found these guys online and they showed up within about three hours after I made my appointment. They were on time and very polite. Saw the doctor and they took care of the problem. They were in and out of the house within about 20 minutes and I highly recommend them. I’ll be using them again.
