Doctor Manalo took a ton of time with me. He started out by letting me know he was going to be learning as much as possible in the initial visit. I am very open about what I will and won’t do. I am a bad patient because I don’t believe in all “protocol’s” for treatment. This has been an issue with previous primary care physicians. Doctor Manalo took the time to understand what I was willing to do to correct my symptoms. He even called me after hours to make sure I slowly implemented my new regimen.

Dr. Ronald S. Manalo is a board certified primary care physician by the American Board of Family Medicine. He is a distinguished member of the American Medical Association, Florida Medical Association, and the American Academy of Family Physicians.
Dr. Manalo has excelled in all of his scholastic endeavors. He was accepted to Fort Valley State University with a full academic scholarship and went on to earn his Bachelor of Science degree in Biology graduating with distinction and honors. For as long as he can remember, Dr. Manalo has dedicated his life to helping and serving others. In pursuit to continue his life goals, he went on to obtain his Medical Degree from Meharry Medical College in Nashville, Tennessee. He then continued his educational training at Mercer School of Medicine / Navicent Health Hospital in Macon, Georgia. He completed his internship and resident training there and during his time, Dr. Manalo served as a mentor and educator for medical students and resident physicians.
Dr. Manalo has had extensive clinical and community service experience. He has worked as an urgent care physician at the Crownpoint Health Care Facility in Crownpoint, New Mexico. The facility is known to provide and serve a population of over 20,000 Navajo people. In addition, Dr. Manalo, has served in multiple urgent care facilities in Georgia, where he provided acute care within the community. Furthermore, Dr. Manalo has cultivated his medial expertise in Hospital based medicine. He has practiced Hospitalist Medicine at Navicent Health Hospital in Macon, Georgia where his duties included providing, managing, and treating acute and chronic care illnesses and injuries.

My annual wellness physical check up appointment was with Nurse Practitioner Melisa M Rodriguez. I didn’t meet Dr. Ronald Manalo in this visit. It was really good experience with Melisa, she took much time to understand your health concerns and medical history. One of the diagnosis she clarified with Dr Ronald and get back to me on the same time which is appreciated. Waiting for next follow up with test results. Highly recommended.

My visit was great! I am new to the Tampa area and needed to establish a PCP so I contact Dr. Manalo. I didn’t have to wait in the waiting room and was seen by a medical assistant. They asked me a lot of questions and did intake and then the Dr. came in. He spent a good amount of time speaking with me since it was my first visit. He didn’t do a super thorough exam (I didn’t change into a gown or anything) but that’s okay. Everyone was extremely friendly too!

Honestly, this was hands down the BEST doctor's appointment I've been to. Dr. Manalo spent so much time getting to know me and my concerns. I can in for a sore throat, but ended up getting a comprehensive exam and I'm so grateful. Finding a physician that puts in the time to get to know you as a whole is SO HARD to come across and Dr. Manalo exceeded all expectations. He spent time on each part of my medical history and actually displayed concern for things I didn't come in for, but he felt should be addressed. I could not be happier that I came across his practice. Already have my next appointment booked. 10/10 recommend!

Dr. Manalo and Nurse Dana are a testament to the power of holistic medicine. Dr. Manalo cares about treating the whole patient, spending upwards of one hour listening to my medical history, asking questions, and delving deeper to understand my health holistically. For the first time in my adult life, I actually have hope that I can receive consistent, caring, comprehensive care. Dr. Manalo and Nurse Dana made a lasting positive impression, and I look forward to continued care with Dr. Manalo. This is what the discipline of medicine looks like at its best!

Dr. Manalo is very professional and sincerely cares about his patients. He make sure that you aren’t uneasy about telling him any medical issues you’re currently dealing with. He sat down with me and we spoke about all my health concerns. Not to mention staff is also very friendly. I won’t be switching doctors anytime soon.
