Through nutrition, physical activity, stress management, and behavior change, providers can help patients prevent and manage chronic disease while improving overall well-being. Tell us a little bit about yourself. What do you like to do in your spare time? Outside of medicine, I enjoy spending time at the beach, staying active through fitness, and experimenting with new recipes through cooking and baking. I also love spending time with my mini dachshund, Bennie!
