Dr. Beene is one of the most caring, professional physicians in the area. However, some of the office staff leaves a bit to be desired. After booking the appointment online, I received a phonecall to verify the time. The staff member was incredibly rude and proceeded to "let me know how online scheduling works." I asked several times if there was a problem, which there was not. She said, "It's just you need to realize that making an appointment doesn't really mean anything. Our office is first come, first served." Obviously this defeats the purpose of having ANY sort of scheduling program for the office. I suggested that the office may want to consider dropping an online scheduling service - if they aren't going to even remotely honor a scheduled appointment. Very frustrating. I understand that one should be expected to wait a reasonable amount of time in any doctor's office - but to say that anybody who walks through the door gets priority over someone who has literally made the first appointment of the day is ridiculous. My husband & son were the first patients through the door and yet STILL had to wait well over an hour. Online scheduling is apparently something that should not be used in this clinic - or staff should be trained on how it should be used more effectively.

I was a bit disapointed this time. I have pain in my lower stomach area this was not discussed or looked at all. My lab results from my last visit, I had never received the results after roughly 16 days. I was left in the room until I explained I had a 3:00 apt
