I booked my gynecology appointment with a female doctor. The night before my appointment they switch my doctor to a male doctor, I was not comfortable with that. They did not call me about the doctor being switched I just received an automated text with no option. I contacted the office to say I did not want to see a male doctor, they offered me to go to farmers branch location but that is too far considering I booked with the NRH office.

Great experience. My doctor was on vacation And I needed treatment found these guys online and they showed up within about three hours after I made my appointment. They were on time and very polite. Saw the doctor and they took care of the problem. They were in and out of the house within about 20 minutes and I highly recommend them. I’ll be using them again.

My experience with the office was great. My issue, which was not addressed in this survey is with Zocdoc, the app lied about how far the clinic was from my house. It stared that the clinic was 6 miles, turned out to be over 20 miles!! How in the world does that make sense? I could have just gone to any urgent care next to my house. The distance information from Zocdoc is horrible. Not sure that I will use the app again unless this is fixed. Won’t be using Zocdoc anytime in the future.
