I cant even give a review on the doctor or the care that was provided because I never was able to get my appointment. I booked my appointment for Aug 13, which they called me to reschedule because the doctor had an emergency meeting. No problem. Rescheduled for the 20th, they called me a day or two before to reschedule again because the doctor had training? to do. I needed this appointment for acceptance into nursing school and I’ve been rescheduled twice, with my appointment now being 2 weeks later than originally planned. I ended up just going to a different office. I understand life happens but why would they accept appointments or training days that they are already booked for in advance.

Everything the office greated my brother and I with great professionalism. Further more Daniel offers us a hot chocolate and coffee, giving us a warm feeling of welcoming. Lately, Rafael side manners and the questioning to find out more about our health. Lately, but not least Dr. Ronoel Penalver's knowledge, warmth and willing to give us advise and meds suited to us.
