Before the appointment, I told them that I needed a licensed doctor to treat ADHD and that my medications are controlled substances. They said yes, that it was possible through a video appointment.
But during the actual video consultation, they told me that they don’t prescribe ADHD medications or even anxiety medications. I felt angry and ashamed — I was crying and begging her to help me, but she hung up on me.
It was a terrible experience for a video appointment.
