Vincent Bett never showed up or sent email with how to get on video call.The Holistic Psychiatry charged me before appointment and I better get money back and they better not bill my insurance.

Dr. Vincent Bett was polite and professional during the visit, and the appointment itself was straightforward. However, the interaction felt somewhat surface-level and procedural rather than collaborative. I didn’t leave feeling especially heard or confident in a long-term care plan, so I likely won’t be continuing care here.
Most of my frustration was related to the follow-up process. After the visit, getting documentation and assistance was unexpectedly difficult and slow, which made the overall experience less reassuring. A fee just to fill out a form for a docs signature??? For mental health care, communication and continuity matter a lot, and that part didn’t meet expectations for me.
