I drove about 37 minutes on the freeway just to get dr rose, two main reasons why I picked this place far from home, one she takes my insurance ?? two because when I was reading the reviews there were so many happy patients. I had no doubt in my mind that when I left her office i would be very happy and satisfied, sure enough. Not only did I get an adjustment but I also got a deep body massage that omg???? It hurt but it sure helped so much. The massage therapist and the dr were very professional made me feel very comfortable and explained what they were doing. I highly recommend them both, I am definitely coming back.

Dr Rose Moeser was first introduced to the power of chiropractic medicine at the age of 10. As a young athlete, she suffered from overuse injuries while playing soccer and distance running. She continued her pursuit of athletics at George Mason University as a member of the women’s track and cross-country teams while studying exercise physiology. She was inspired to combine her passion for athletics and drive to explore chiropractic medicine at New York Chiropractic College.
Since 2009, Dr Moeser has worked with the CrossFit community treating acute and chronic sports injuries at Crossfit Reston and Herndon in Northern Virginia. In 2015 she and her husband relocated to Chandler, Arizona and founded Wellspring Integrative Medicine.
Dr Moeser is a full body certified A.R.T provider, certified Kinesiotape provider, certified in Dry Needling, and a certified Aromatherapist.
Dr Moeser is an avid skydiver, cyclist, runner and paraglider. She also enjoys hiking with her dog Luna and husband Wade.

Last year Dr. Moeser gave me immediate relief with my back pain, and just this week I went in with severe ankle pain which she corrected in one visit. I've referred several of my friends to Rose who has similar results.

Rose is great, she doesn't create a treatment plan requiring several trips per week over a long period of time like many Chiropractors. She manages to my pain and allows me to schedule accordingly.

Dr Rose was referred to me by a friend who found her by searching reviews online. She is excellent in all aspects of chiropractic experience. She is personable, professional, highly skilled and effective. My back immediately felt better after treatment. She knew it wouldn't be like it never happened, and it isn't, but it's better than it was. And I expect it to continue to heal as she communicated it should. Really, the whole experience was pleasant, as crazy as that might sound.

Before going to see Rose, I was told that it would be months before I could walk on my right ankle due to the severity of my injury. After one visit with Rose, I was able to touch the ground & never used a boot for support. I highly recommend her.

My family and I love Dr. Moeser!! She the best Chiropractor we have ever seen. She is able to quickly diagnose what is causing our pain and knows exactly what to do to get us back on our feet again.

I made my first appointment at this office after a neck injury that left my neck so tight/painful that I could barely turn or tilt my head. One of the massage therapists did some initial work on that area and then Dr. Moeser further adjusted my neck. I left the office in significantly less pain and was finally able to move my head for the first time in several days. By the next day, I had regained full range of motion in my neck and the pain was entirely gone. I was highly impressed at how effective their treatment was, given that I had been in such pain and discomfort for days without relief.
Regarding the overall office environment, Dr. Moeser and her staff are very professional and friendly, with excellent bedside manner. Both the therapist and Dr took the time to explain their assessments of my injury and made sure I understood the care I received and what to expect afterwards. Scheduling was easy, with no waiting prior to being seen or between practitioners.
I will absolutely visit this office for future chiropractic/massage needs and would recommend it to others without hesitation.
