I had the most perfect visit at Dr.Harringtons office. I have been very particular about who I choose as my primary physician & I’m so glad I came across her. She answered all of my questions and concerns & talked about how we could address them right away . The staff at this location blew me away ! April was very helpful with getting my visit and follow up set up, answering any questions I had, & giving me overall tips to make my visit easier. Calizzia did my vitals she was informative explaining everything along the way, giving me helpful tips and made it a very good experience. Overall the best doctors visit EVER! They were all very professional, kind & genuine those are things I look for with anyone I interact with ??

I never write reviews - I can't believe this is an office in business. The office was extremely bare bones and looked like it had just been set up (they didn't have stress balls to squeeze while giving blood). The doctor was running to another appointment and said she could "squeeze me in." The nurse April was awesome at getting my blood even though I'm squeemish about it. The doctor ran the tests necessary though kept mentioning she needed to run to her other appointment. Then, I never heard back from her. I had to call their office 3x to remind them nobody had spoken to me. By time I talked to doctor, it was 2 months later. And this was for a suspected heart issue. Then I asked for bloodwork to be sent to my house so I could pass along to new doctor. It was never sent. Had to ask for that 3x. Finally sent. Then TODAY (in April) I got yet another bill from the visit back in July saying I hadn't paid, even though I had sent checks 3 different times, sent an invoice with my CC# on it, and called to try to pay by phone (no response). This office is the worst. The people seem nice but how the hell is this place is business?? Would've been better not to have gone to the doctor at all.

The nurse was fantastic; I absolutely adored her! But the doctor herself wasn’t very friendly. She’s wasn’t mean or anything but I prefer a doctor who is friendly, bubbly, and kind. Maybe she was having a bad day but it showed and made me feel uncomfortable.

I had a bad experience. I will not go back.
The office strangely empty and there seemed to be no one there. I thought it strange that the associate at the front desk was also who handled all my vitals and blood work. Days later, I developed large, sore bruises on my arm at the site where blood was drawn.
I was not pleased to learn that the practice does not carry/administer flu shots.
The administrative services were disorganized and I ended up having to do a lot of calls and legwork to get things organized. Now, despite repeated messages, I cannot seem to get ahold of the practice to get my records.

The nurses were very pleasant and warm and asked a lot of questions about my family history and my health concerns. I do wish that the doctor would have explored some of those concerns deeper. It just felt like the appointment went by so quickly but then again it was meant to be a routine physical and maybe the follow up will be more detailed.
