With a strong emphasis on CBT and EFT, Roy provides experience in communication skills, anxiety, depression, family structure, boundaries, and trauma recovery. Roy received his BA in Economics at Rutgers University and holds his MA in Marriage and Family Therapy from Alliance Graduate School of Counseling. He finds particular joy in seeing people change by challenging their assumptions and finding new ways to view past interactions and find true healing.
