I had a wonderful experience as usual. Dr. Souaid is an excellent listener and well trained physician.
Dr. Souaid is extremely attentive and caring. I was anxious at first about the appointment, but after talking with Dr. Souaid I was very much at ease. He cares about patient advocacy and doing what's best and most comfortable for the patient. I can see myself staying under his care for many many years and hope he doesn't leave Lifespan. P.S. I hope he gets to see these comments because he has AWESOME socks every time I have seen him. Keeping rocking the fun socks! :)

All fine. Been going there for more than a year. Treated very well.
My experience of Dr Souaid is that he is attentive and caring.
My appointment was speedy, friendly, and professional.
I love my primary care team. Everyone is the best!!
Very easy to talk to and detailed in explanations.
I feel I'm in good hands with Dr. Souaid.

In all my years I have never felt so happy and welcomed . As this is a new primary care physician and office team I found them the best ever. Look forward to working with all these people hopefully for good reasons.
Good care overall.
Great doctor and office staff.
From check-in to nurse checks to the doctor to check-out everyone was friendly and professional and very understanding and helpful with my hearing issues. The doctor understood all my medical issues and was informative.
Dr. Souaid & staff are very caring, and knowledgeable, and work very hard to make you feel comfortable during your visit. Highly recommended.
This was my first visit with the doctor and I was completely satisfied with the visit. My wife and son will also be in contact soon to schedule appointments with him as well.
"This was my initial visit. The Doctor was friendly, seemed very communicative and interested. Staff went out of their way to make the visit pleasant and instill confidence."
It was my first visit with this provider, as I was looking for a new PCP. The only reason for some of my minor downgrades was because I had no experience with him. But he did the most important thing from my perspective - he listened and I felt he was opened-minded about my concerns. At the moment my history is kind of complicated, and it was important for me to have someone I could talk to, and seemed like he would think through what we should do, together. He was patient, let me finish a thought before jumping in, and I feel very good to have found my way to him.
I love how the whole practice works out as a great team. I love Dr. Souaid's nurse, Savannah. She's wonderful. Always help me with everything that I need. I love the care that I'm receiving. I'm a new patient, fairly new. I've been going there since March, or April, and it's been a really great experience. I'm very happy I made the change over, and again, just love how they work as a team, and it's been a really great experience so far. So, I'm very happy with my Medical Care. Thank you.
At times difficult to get through via phone.
I really love this office and physician group they always answer phone promptly when I call they also get back to me immediately if I need to schedule an appointment have a question or need a referral and my Dr. Is easy to talk to and takes his time explain all the results from test and to answer any questions or concerns I have.
I would just reiterate that I was greeting warmly and effectively letting me know that I was a valuable member of my medical care team but that I had assistance at any step of the process. I was listened to and informed, resourced and supported.
I like the friendly, professional, and courtesy manner in which I was treated. I loved that my provider was so interested in what I had to say. I have already highly recommended Dr. Souaid.
I am not one for taking tests, and I do not take any medicines or drugs. I do not drink alcohol, or smoke. I prefer to stay away from medical procedures whenever possible. I like the fact that this particular doctor does not force me to have tests that I do not want. Most doctors are always trying to get patients to take more and more drugs. If I do not want a particular test (or medication), my doctor does not force me to do anything that makes me uncomfortable.
As a new patient I was a bit apprehensive. Everyone from the receptionist to my new physician made me feel at ease and welcome. I left my visit feeling very positive about my new physician and the entire team.
First visit for myself and my husband as our former PCP retired. Dr. Souaid and his assistant Savannah had all our info and were on top of their game. Both made us feel confident in our choice of a new PCP-professional;informed;concerned with a dash of humor. We recommended Dr. Souaid to a close friend who we are sure will be happy with Dr. Souaid. It's hard to change doctors after such a long time but Dr. Souaid made us feel comfortable in his abilities to meet our needs.
