Having joined the practice in 1988, Dr. Taylor has had the privilege of delivering over 7,000 babies in York County. Taking time to listen to his patients and understanding their needs is a very valued part of Dr. Taylor’s practice. The relationships he has developed with patients enhances his ability to deliver excellent care.
Recent honors for Dr. Taylor include the 2012 Patient’s Choice Award. Also in 2012, in recognition for his outstanding service to the community, Dr. Taylor was presented with the Paul Harris Fellow Award by the Rock Hill Rotary Club. Dr. Taylor is also a recipient of the Army Commendation Medal.
Dr Taylor is President York County Medical Society, Chief of Medical Staff Piedmont Medical Center, State Representative for the South Atlantic Association of Obstetricians and Gynecologists and President Rock Hill Gyn & Ob Associates.
Dr. Taylor stays involved in the community and from 2002-2004 served as Corporate Board Chairman of the Upper Palmetto YMCA. He also serves as Elder of Westminister Presbyterian Church. Dr. Taylor is married and has five children and is now a grandfather.

Dr. Taylor has been by doctor for almost 30 years. I wouldn't want to see anyone else. He always treats me like I am the only patient he has to see. He address my concerns in a very down to earth manner. He's the best!
