Rudy Rivera is not only a very nice person, he is very down-to-earth, approachable, upbeat and friendly. I felt he listened to me and didn't make me feel rushed. It was more like visiting with a very knowledgeable friend. I've had appointments in the past where the provider primarily looked at a computer screen, but Rudy maintains eye contact and makes you feel like he truly cares about you as a person. I highly recommend him!
