Asked us to come in earlier than appointment time, only to wait close to a hour. Rushda Mumtaz spoke too fast, very serious and felt a bit rushed. Had to repeat what she said so that we were sure that we understood what she was trying to relay to us.

Smart but terrible bedside manner, always in a rush and not willing to explore alternative causes.

Horrible bed side manner. Very critical yet rushed.
Let me start by saying that this was the worst experience I have EVER had at a Dr's office. I'm in AZ on vacation so I went online because I needed to see a specific Dr. I filled all my paperwork on line, when I got there I had to fill it all out AGAIN. I waited an hour and a half to be seen.when the Dr. entered the room she had not looked over any of info. She rudely asked me why I was there and I told her. She abruptly told me that she wasn't going to be able to help me before she even examed me. when it was time to examine me she never helped me on or off the table. I had to ask her if she could lay the table down flat. She said that she didn't even know if she could lay it down all the way. I was in a great deal of pain throughout this exam. She never asked if she could help me in any way shape or form. She told me that I would need surgery and she didn't know why I was there to see her. I explained to her that my symptoms started the night before and I was hoping that she could help me with the pain before I was going to get on a flight back home. She AGAIN said that she wasn't going to be able to help me. She gave me the name of a surgeon that she thought might be able to help me. I asked her what hospital that Dr. Was affiliated with she said that she had no idea and how was she supposed to know because it was a holiday coming up. She walked out of the room without even saying anything. She lacks professionalism, a bed side manor and a general lack of compassion.

I would never go back. I would not recommend people go to her. She was harsh and unwilling to listen to my concerns. I have been experiencing pain for several months. She seemed to care very little about my well being and I seemed just another number to get through her day.

Went in to see Dr Mumtaz for some intense nausea and vomiting ive been having the last few months. I went to her to get an endoscope and maybe get some answers. After getting an endoscope and finding a small hiatal hernia, i believe to had found my problem. After that i had another appointment to follow up to ask about surgery to fix the problem. The other option was CVS induced by cannabis (I am a medical mmj cardholder). The way to stop those symptoms is to abstain from cannabis. I am against this option because cannabis has helped me in many other parts of my life and health. After her giving me this option i asked some questions about some potential drugs and other options to consider. Then she did what ive never seen a doctor do. She told me that she had no time for my pointless questions and said she had to see other patients. I was paying for her time that day and she told me i dont have time for you. That was hands down the most insulting thing a physician has ever done to me. I have been struggling with something for half a year that makes me sick for 10-12 hours, sometimes a day or 2 in a row, and she doesnt have time for my questions. Her personal opionion of cannabis played a part in her professional diognosis and thats not acceptable. I certainly hope to never see you again.

This doctor treated me as if I came into store to purchase a drink! She has terrible bedside manner! No eye contact at all, very cold and rude!

Dr. Mumtaz's style of communication is rude and aggressive. She does not like to listen and this makes me distrust her diagnoses.
Very knowledgeable, wait time was terrible since I went on my lunch break, made me stressed out to wait for over an hour and a half.
She was very thorough and share a lot of information with me regarding my situation. I would return to her again in the event I have any other issues

All the staff members were very friendly and caring to my medical needs! Dr. Mumtaz was approachable to talk to, and informative on the questions that I did have for her! She treated me as a person, and not just a chart! I look forward to my follow up care with this practice!
The office staff is less than friendly, the waiting room was cramped and uninviting. I waited for over an hour to be seen with hardly a mention of an apology until I brought it up. That was pretty disrespectful; my time is valuable, too!
Worse visit to a specialist I have ever experienced. Thoughtless, uncompassionate, seemed to think she knew more about my body and what I was feeling than I did. Rude. Impolite. Wouldn't let her treat my dog. I know she's in it for the $, but she should care something about the people.

She was awesome
It was completely unexpected without even trying any medicine for my abdominal pain she directly wanted me to so an endoscopy, finally when i said no she give me a prescription of omeprazol which i can even pick over the counter.
The Doctor was very good. The woman that checks you in and answers her phone, is/was very rude to us and the people on the telephone.
Verified patient
