Dr. Edwards is great. I do, however, have a problem with his office staff. I filled out all of my info in ZocDoc, yet when I get there, the girl behind the desk hands me a stack of papers to fill out and says "Here's a bunch of paperwork to fill out. I hope you don't mind." Yeah, I do mind. Why do I have to fill all this out again? It was the exact same stuff. Then, apparently the one girl who can check people in efficiently was mysteriously late. Okay, I get it, he can't help it if someone shows up late, but they didn't even acknowledge me until 30 minutes after my scheduled appointment... and mine was the first one of the day! Seriously, just explain the situation next time. Aside from that, there were a few other minor things the staff did that aren't worth mentioning here. Again, I really enjoyed the visit with Dr. Edwards, but his staff needs work.

Dr. Edwards is extremely kind and professional. Patience is required because of the long wait times, but it is because he takes his time with each patient and never makes you feel rushed. I like and trust him completely.

Dr. Edwards is an excellent physician. He spent a lot of time explaining various treatments and procedures. Last week I complained to ZocDoc about my experience, when I checked in, only to be told I was not on the schedule. Dr. Edwards has corrected the problem and this time everything went smoothly.

He is an awesome Dr. Others in waiting area feel the same as I do. We aren't acknowledged we are even there. One patient said she would never see him again. I don't mind waiting for GOOD Drs but on first appointment I was there more than an hour then another hour you are worth the wait but many find the treatment in the outer office as being rude.

Always been informative and helpful throughout this process and each visit. I drive over 2 hours each way and have no issue making the drives to get treatment here w/ Dr. Edward.

Waited a long time to be seen. He took a call in the exam room during my appt. He kept leaving the room for tools, etc., and had to forego on an element of the exam because the item could not be found. Also, after my eyes had been dilated, they gave me no dark inserts to protect my eyes to drive back home (It was a very sunny day, and I came by myself - unfortunately, at that hour of the day, no one was available to come pick me up...couldn't afford to pay for a taxi).
