The process, from start to finish, could not have been smoother. Initially, I found and booked the appt. through the ZocDoc app. Ryan Ritchie, PA-C, had all 5-star reviews, so I felt comfortable with my decision to see him for my broken thumb.
First, Mr. Ritchie reviewed my supplied X-rays before entering the room to see me. Then, based on his 20+ years of experience as a PA, he referred me to an Orthopaedic Hand Surgeon (that is in network with my insurance plan).
I was so impressed with him,(and all of the support staff), that I made them my Primary Care Provider.
In less than a week, I am going back for a full-physical with bloodwork.
By the way, they are over 40 miles away from where I'm living in Lake Elsinore, but it's worth the drive! I am not a paid spokesperson, in case you were curious. ??

The people working there are nice and laid back. Really were there to help and listen to any issues that I had. I only saw one other patient while I was there so there was no feeling of claustrophobia or danger from covid infection at any point.

After obtaining his Bachelor of Science degree in biology from the University of California, Irvine, Mr. Ritchie entered the Marine Corps where he served as a squadron pilot, leaving the Corps in the rank of Captain after six years. His desire to continue to serve others led him to becoming both an Emergency Medical Technician, firefighter and eventually to the Physician Assistant program in Pomona California."My parents were very influential in my career, they always nurtured my desire to learn and grow as a person. I love being a Physician Assistant, developing long-term relationships with my patients and guiding them towards their best possible healthy selves."
When not exploring the world of photography, Mr. Ritchie enjoys outdoor activities such as running, hiking, backpacking, snow skiing, and fishing.

Really like Dr RYAN RITCHIE, first I rarely get sick, most of the time I see Mr Ritchie its because I have hurt myself cycling or surfing, he always takes the time to explain why and how things are working or not working, in addition he is also a runner so he is familiar with the injuries I have gotten riding my bike, and running, he is a good/caring Doctor and I'm glad I found him.

Mr. Ritchie did a great job in identifying the potential problem, getting the right diagnostic tests done to confirm the issue, and initiating a viable treatment plan to resolve the issue. Also, the X-ray tech that performed the X-rays is a wonderful lady and always treats my family and I in a very courteous and thoughtful way. She's a great asset to the Rancho Santa Margarita group! (so is Mr. Ritchie)...

Mr. Richie and Mr Ryan Keone are the best. I have very high standards. I have the gift of being able to tell when someone is guessing or bluffing their way through a Dr. visit. I feel confident when my primary physician is unavailable that Mr Ritchie will take great care of me. I almost prefer him over my primary. He doesn't disregard my concerns and explains thoroughly the course I need to get better.
