Welcome, and thank you for considering my practice. I’m a board-certified internal medicine physician, trained at the University of Southern California (USC), with over 20 years of experience in patient care, proudly serving the Irvine community.
As a primary care physician, I specialize in weight management, diabetes care, and preventive strategies for coronary artery disease (CAD), pre diabetes, and hypertension. My approach is comprehensive and patient-focused—committed to helping you take control of your health with personalized, evidence-based care.
Our clinic is a state-of-the-art facility, equipped with the InBody 970 for advanced body composition analysis, and we also offer IV nutrient therapy and medical infusion services with complementary Oxygen boost in a relaxing private room as part of a holistic wellness approach.

I told the doctor repeatedly where I was having pain and where I have an obvious physical difference between my left and right groin. Somehow in spite of that she physically inspected a completely separate part of my abdomen, and I was too gullible to ask her to do a correct physical examination. Regardless, I got the ultrasound order that I most likely needed, but when paying this much and making the time to visit a doctor I expect better.

I recently visited Dr. Hormozdiaran for a back injury I sustained from a fall, and I couldn’t be more impressed with the quality of care I received. From the moment I walked in, she was incredibly welcoming, patient, and attentive. She is a great listener who asks very objective, thoughtful questions and takes the time to truly understand her patient’s concerns.
Her physical examination was thorough, and she explained everything clearly while giving me detailed instructions, including important red flags to watch for. I especially appreciated that she even offered to provide a work restriction letter and asked very precise questions to ensure it was done properly.
She also gave me access to a patient portal where I can easily view all my medical records without any hassle.
I highly recommend her 100% to anyone looking for a caring, knowledgeable, and trustworthy doctor.
