Dr. Barrett Tilley is a third generation physician, born and raised in Little Rock, Arkansas. He is the son and grandson of family practitioners.
Dr. Tilley received his Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Arkansas in Fayetteville. He then went on to receive his medical degree from the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences in Little Rock. He completed his residency at St. Anthony's Family Medicine program in Denver, CO. He was in private practice in Denver, CO before moving to Fremont. Dr. Tilley is a board certified by the American Board of Family Medicine. Currently, Dr. Tilley is working on setting up an electronic medical record system for his new office in Fremont.
In his free time he enjoys rock climbing, cycling and traveling. He has already made several biking trips up Mission Peak. He is excited to be in Fremont and is enjoying the sunny weather and all the activities it allows him.

Super friendly staff. Doctor is very thorough, personable and fast! Was in and out of my appointment in 30 minutes but did not feel rushed in the room. The staff was great upon checkout with all of the appropriate paperwork and referrals.
My pharmacy notified me even before I left the doctor's office that my prescriptions were ready! Amazing!
