“Dr. Robert Oh was excellent. He took the time to understand my training history, current symptoms, and performance goals rather than giving me generic advice. He was thoughtful, practical, and clearly comfortable working with serious strength and conditioning athletes. He explained what he wanted to rule out, ordered focused imaging, and gave me a sensible path back to training instead of simply telling me to stop. I never felt rushed, and I left with a clear plan and much more confidence about the next steps. I would absolutely go back.”
