Dr Ostolski is the the gold standard for doctors; she is the best. She uses the wholistic approach so she treats you not just the problem you visited her for. She addresses more than one problem during a visit.
I referred many colleagues and friends to Dr Ostolski & they have done the same. Some of the people I referred to Dr Ostolski could not get a diagnosis from the doctors they saw. When other doctors are unable to diagnose a condition Dr Ostolski is able to. I have been Dr Ostolski's patient for many years. I highly recommend her. The doctors that she refer you to are also the best of the best

She is Board Certified in Internal Medicine by ABIM, and she is also a Registered Dietitian with a Masters in Clinical Nutrition. She opted to get training from the best of both worlds, (M.D. & D.O.), and is on faculty at Weil Cornell Medical Center. She developed a NON-SURGICAL WEIGHT LOSS REGIME, which provides an alternative to weight loss without undergoing bariatric surgery. She is aware of the risks of surgery and feels that the same results can be achieved with a safer and gentler regime. HCG is combined with a VLCD (Very Low Calorie Diet). The HCG diet is for those who have been unsuccessful with other weight loss plans and have 30 or more pounds to lose. Human Chorionic Gonadotropin (HCG) works on the brain, specifically the hypothalamus, to possibly reset your hunger/satiety center. It is proposed to spare lean muscle, while promoting lipolysis or fat breakdown. HCG can possibly help lose weight in your resistant areas such as the abdomen, thighs, and buttocks. It is important to be monitored closely by a physician and have regular blood pressure and heart rate checks. The most critical phase is to maintain the weight loss and keep it off.

Had a fantastic experience with Dr. Ostolski. I was seen pretty quickly upon arrival - the staff at the front desk was lovely and well organized. The doctor was delightful and made me feel very comfortable - it was easy to talk to her even about delicate issues. Part of my treatment involves self-injections which made me SUPER nervous - she took extra time to practice with me and I left feeling confident that I can handle it :-) Have already recommended her to friends and family and will continue to do so!

I have been seeing Dr. Ostolski since 2009. She continues to have the same bedside manners- she listens to my concerns and treats me accordingly.
