After accepting my appointment and receiving multiple reminders and checkin steps. The office called me while I was driving to appointment to say the Zocdoc was not updated, my appointment was cancelled and would I like to reschedule in for 3 months out. Unacceptable! and unprofessional

Doctor Sabrina Indyk is a very friendly and personable doctor. This is the first year we are coming to her as we had to change our insurance. She listens to your concerns and acts quickly when something needs to be done (e.g., referral to another professional, prescription). I had almost no wait when I came in for my appointment. The doctor recognized right away what was needed and also encouraged me and my family to do yearly physicals. I am one of those people that I don't want to go to the doctor unless you have to but the yearly physicals are important. She is very friendly and fast. Maybe slowing down just one notch would be great. ;-) My kids really liked her and felt comfortable with her on their own visits.

Front desk told me to come in 15 min earlier to fill out paperwork.
Apperantly they were on their lunch break and i could smell the food all over the tiny office and them talking loudly.
No one bother to come to the front desk when i arrived 20 min earlier even thought the door slammed really hard without me doing it. had to sit for 20min and finally one lady decided to come out and dare tell me, "we are on lunch so you have to wait"
i told her that ive been here for 20 min and no one came up to at least give me paperwork to fill out while i wait"
she looked mean and just went back to the lunch room.
I so wanted to leave but i stayed like an idiot.
Never would recommend this place. rude staff. doctor on other hand is nice but....eh

It was a very nice experience. All the persons in the office were very helpful. They explained everything which was needed. Dr. Sabrina Indyk was pretty nice and professional.

The waiting time is a nightmare. First you wait at the front desk for 30mins. Then another 40 mins before you can have the doctor to talk to you. This is ridiculous!

The doctor is good, but waiting time there is a nightmare, first you wait at the reception for 30-40 min, than you wait more for the doctor to come in, than even more for the nurse to do the vaccines for a child...by the time the nurse is coming with the shots poor kids are usually so tired that they can't seat still anymore....
