Patient reviews for Dr. Sacheen Mehta
My only suggestion is that the sweet lady that schedules surgery should have a private office....I should not be discussing private details out in the open. It is also hard to concentrate and remember if I have a question to ask her.
Professional MD .
Very friendly and helpful staff.
Mr. Mehta and Doug are amazing! They take time with each patient and thoroughly discuss any concerns or questions that we have.
I believe Dr. Mehta is a competent doctor, but he has to rush through his visits since he clearly overschedules patients. I have never been seen earlier than one hour after my scheduled appointment time.
Visit was very informative concerning alternative treatments for my knees. I will definitely consider his recommendations.
Very friendly staff and assistant and they all were very professional. The shots I got were administered with hardly any pain. The information I got was very informative and they came up with a plan to try to get me where I need to be again.
Professional and attentive to my concerns. Offered a suggestion to help my situation until after he has replaced my second knee. A fine surgeon with quick results.
Dr. Metha didn't even say hello, introduce himself or the guy that came in the room with him! The Dr. didn't seem interested in listening to me, actually interrupted me a few times, and gave the very briefest of checks on my shoulder mobility. Told me that I had a sceptical look on my face when he talked about physical therapy. That was because he didn't listen to anything I had to say and didn't inspire any trust in me that he was interested in reducing my pain or my well being overall. Ugh. Don't waste your time here.
They move as fast as they can. Always kind and helpful. I am very glad I was introduced to Dr Mehta.
Great, very attentive. He listened to all of my concerns and both came to a general consensus regarding my plan of care. Completely satisfied with the treatment and medical advice I received. Look forward to my next appointment!
Dr. Mehta and Doug are always so pleasant. They were extremely busy, but I did not feel rushed.
The important thing is the end result. My knee is great and Dr. Mehta keeps me walking!!
Great consult and to the point. Will come back.
extremely satisfying experience gave me all the information we wamted
Good interpreter to me and good thing. Thank him
Good. Satisfied with the results
Very nice mannerisms . Gave his advice and also asked me fir any concerns I might Have.
I was treated very professionally and efficiently. I will follow recommendations for treatment and medication.
Went great. ROM is better. MUA was totally worth it.
Great so far.
He told me right off that he could not treat my foot/ankle condition. I asked if he was an orthopedic doctor, and he said yes, so I do not understand why he would not treat an orthopedic condition. He was able to look at my knee, so I was glad for that, but he said since he is the only orthopedic doctor on Molina, that he is seeing all Molina patients. He apparently is not happy with this. He did not want to see me again till I have an MRI, but did say that Molina is denying most MRI's, so I don't know what to do. I can't go back unless I have the MRI and will probably have to pay cash for it. Just not a good tone, right from the get go. He did not introduce himself, just said ok, why are you here. I felt that was rude.
I have been going to Dr. Mehta for many years. He performed my right hip replacement in 2013 and my left knee in 2017. I would highly recommend, his office and staff.
I had 8.15 am appointment I was at the clinic by 8 am After long wait i was able to meet the doctor ~ 9 45am. Doctor was bit rude not a pleasant experience.
I was told to be at the Dr office 15 minutes early only to be left waiting for an hour.
Always nice and efficient.
Always personable professional and answers all my questions
Dr.Mehta took his time to answer all of my questions and listened to me. His explainations were easily understood. His staff is always friendly and helpful.
I've seen Dr Mehta several times and have always had a pleasant visit. This appointment was the only time I've had to wait longer than 10 minutes. His office staff are always attentive and courteous as well.
I felt more like a payment than a patient. He took an xray, said he saw nothing and sent me on my way . 30 min wait, 5 min visit. I will never visit again. Sure wish I could find a doctor that actually cares about patients and what they're experiencing. Unbelievable.
Very kind and knowledgeable!
It was very satisfied visit with Dr Mehta.
He was professional and punctual and listened to my issues and concerns. He evaluated xrays of my knee and recommended steriod/gel shots in lieu of surgery at this time.
Dr. Mehta is wonderful, he replaced my right hip in 2013 and will eventually replace my knees. However something has been happening with his office staff, constant turn-over and yesterday I received a call from a gentlemen who couldn't even speak english, very irritating.
Great experience, everyone I spoke to was terrific
The doctor was very nice and helpful...the wait was horrendous
Phenomenal experience! All staff went above and beyond to make this experience as painless as possible. Everyone was perceived as genuinely friendly and professional.
Very competent and thorough and professional.
This was my second visit, and I was disappointed with the x-Ray technician and doctor's manner. Both were abrupt. I felt like they were rushing me through the examination and appointment.
I have seen Dr. Mehta many times for my knees which need to be replaced and my hip which was replaced. He is an excellent surgeon.
Dr. Mehta and his staff are all very friendly, professionall and highly qualified.
Great staff, very professional and willing to assist in any way
I scheduled my appointment online. I then filled out all of my paperwork for a new patient online before my appointment date. When I arrived I was greeted from a very friendly staff member. She knew I had already filled out my papers online so she just asked me to sign 2 papers and copy my DL/insurance card. This took less than 5 minutes. I was happy about that. I arrived 15 minutes before my appointment. I waited in the waiting room for 45 minutes before being called back. Once in the room, I waited another hour before the doctor came in to see me. Once he was in the room he asked who referred me and I said I did some research and referred myself. I said my husband is an orthopedic spine surgeon so I knew what to look for. He then proceeded to ask me what I was coming in for. I told him I had already had CT surgery 3 years ago and at that time was told I had cubital tunnel in my elbow that was worse than my hand but I didn't have surgery. Since then I have gotten both carpal tunnel & cubital tunnel in both arms/hands. I said It hurt in my elbows and the numbness & tingling had radiated into my pinky & ring finger. Left worse than right. My issue is that I waited an hour and 45 minutes to see this doctor (and I am a doctors wife so I understand the wait) but my issue was that he never even touched my hands or elbows to examine them. As a doctor, I believe you are required to examine the patient. Needless to say I will not be returning to him because he is way too busy to actually examine his patients.
I appreciated his knowledge and efficiency. The office staff was very nice and professional and were awesome on following up.
Just like I remember him from about 11 yrs ago.
not interested in my questions or comments. will NOT return.
Scheduled very early in the AM to get in asap. Not seen for 45 min after I arrived at office.
