I came here after experiencing some really offer pcp and obgyn care service from a couple of other doctors in the valley. My experience here was entirely the opposite! The staff listened to my experiences and actually seemed to care about how I was feeling. I would definitely recommend this practice to anyone looking for a pcp/obgyn.

The office is very nice and all of the staff were friendly. I got an appointment on short notice and was seen quickly.

THe doctor entered the room and called me by the wrong name and then it just got worse. instead of using her such valuable time to look about my condition she proceeds to inform me that I had ticked the box illness and so my time was limited as I needed Primary care. I asked her should I go wait and book another slot as outside was EMPTY, not ONE person waiting. She said no but feel free to come back another day. IIexplained i had driven very far . But she said well you have two issues which one do you want to deal with? In the end time was up and nothing was resolved. I told her that I wasnt happy as I just wasted my time on a holiday to drive so far and to not get answers. I then went to American Urgent Care in Tarzana and met with another doctor who didnt rush me and helped me with my urgent issues. I was really shocked. She just didnt care one bit except about the duration of the visit. I spent maybe 15 minutes with her. Not more. She had no more time .
