She was absolutely the best! A six star-doctor on a five-star scale! Run, don't walk, to her if you need your eyes examined. If you don't make an appointment with her, you do need your eyes examined!

Dr. O'Halloran was fantastic! She explained everything as we went along and discussed various contact options with me. She even helped me pick out new frames. Also, her staff was friendly and personable. I felt very comfortable throughout the process.

Dr. Sagina O’ Halloran completed her undergraduate work at George Fox University and received her Bachelor of Science in Biology. She received her Doctorate of Optometry degree from Pacific University College of Optometry in Forest Grove, Oregon.
She is trained in providing primary and comprehensive visual care for all ages, refractive surgery co-management, including pre and post operative care for cataract and LASIK patients. Dr. O’ Halloran also provides emergency eye care, diagnosis and treatment of glaucoma and retinal conditions such as macular degeneration, and experience with various types of contact lens fittings.
She is currently an acitve board member of Oregon Optometric Advocacy Council. She has served as the Oregon Optometric Physicians Liaison for Pacific University College of Optometry from 2009-2011 and she has also been a member of the American Optometric Association and Oregon Optometric Physicians Association since 2007. She has also participated in a non-profit organization, traveling overseas, providing quality vision care to under-served people.

Great OD. I stumbled upon this business by chance and decided to switch on a whim. In comparison to my previous OD the exam was far more comprehensive and through. The whole experience was quite pleasant and the staff was helpful and provided the highest quality service.
