My insurance was not accepted here and I had to pay out of pocket. The listing said my insurance was accepted.

I booked the appointment via zocdoc because it was stated that my insurance was accepted. When I arrived for my appointment, I was told that UMR isn't united healthcare or accepted but I kept the appointment. The doctor was very nice. I needed glasses and bought a pair. The appointment was on a Saturday morning and by Monday morning I'd already decided to buy glasses at another location. I called the office to see if I can get a refund. I called and the person I spoke to stated the prescription may have already been filled and to call back. I call back maybe two hours later and was told my glasses would be ready that week. I asked if I could get a refund and I was told that I signed papers waiving my right to be refunded and he stated it was my name on the paper. I remember the lady at the front explaining all the paper expect explaining the refund policy. He could of simply said no refunds. the following week I got the call stating my glasses were ready. None of the staff wore masks.
