This was my first visit as a new patient. It was very pleasant. The doctor listened to me and communicated clearly what our plan of action needed to be. I am glad I found her.

Nothing to do with the doctor, however I had an appointment set & showed up and they told me the doctor wasn’t even in!! The main office lady looked at me like I was crazy for existing in their space. They had said they called me to tell me I needed to reschedule but nope, there was absolutely no call. Waste of time and gas, very disappointing for something that needed to be treated asap.

I had been trying to find a new pcp since I haven’t been seen since my pediatrician. The wait was long- fine. The time the doctor spent in the room with me as a new patient was 10 minutes. She didn’t ask much about my medical history which was strange. She just didn’t seem very thorough. I mentioned getting headaches which is caused by me having a TBI, and she just sent me with a sample of medication for it when I had stated I have that under control from my neurologist. Long story short it felt rushed, she didn’t ask me anything about my history or why I was coming in. Then! The front office staff when they entered in my paperwork- they messed up and put my emergency contacts as my main point of contact. My mom and dad were getting called to be reminded of my appointment? And not me? When that is not how I filled out the paperwork. I did not even end up returning for a 2nd appointment. If you are looking for a thorough- personable appointment, this is not the place.

I made an appointment on ZocDoc Sunday night for A podiatrist as my Ankle had been bothering me... My appointment was made for that Wednesday @ 11:30am... I sent in all the info & confirmed my appointment prior to just for the day of my appointment they call me a hour beforehand and tell me if I'm not making her my primary care doctor I can't be seen as I was so patiently waiting for this appointment and excited to finally find out what's going on & to not be in pain anymore so now I have to find another PODIATRIST & wait for another appointment in which I did thru GOOGLE & will be seen Friday
