Dr. Samuel Teske is a TPA/DPA certified optometric physician certified in the examination, diagnosis and medical treatment of vision correction and ocular disease. Dr. Teske grew up in North Platte, Nebraska and graduated from Nebraska Wesleyan University in 1997. Dr. Teske then attended Illinois College of Optometry in Chicago, Illinois which he graduated in 2001. Dr. Teske received honors in ocular disease, pediatrics, contact lenses, geriatrics / low vision and primary care internships.Dr. Teske has completed more specialty training in his field than most eye doctors in Tampa. His clinical training includes Bay Pines VA Hospital, The Illinois Eye Institute, The Omaha Eye Institute and the Ehrling Bergquist Ophthalmology Department. The majority of his training was performed at The Illinois Eye Institute, a clinic affiliated with the University of Chicago. Dr. Teske has been a member of the American Optometric Association since 1997 and a member of the Florida Optometric Association since 2002. Dr. Teske has established his practice for many years and is considered one of the leading eye doctors in Tampa.

My visit w/ Dr Teske today was awesome.!!! I didn't feel rushed. Dr Teske took the time to explain every little detail of my eye exam. The staff was very professional with further assistance. I must say I have finally found my family eye doctor. :)

I felt welcome since the moment I stepped in. Staff is friendly and greeted me with a smile. The facility is organized, clean and nice. Dr. Teske was great as he explained in detail my needs and provided me an ample explanation regarding my vision exam. Highly recommended.
