Dr. Samantha Pochert enjoys providing comprehensive women’s health care with an interest in contraceptive management and family planning. She graduated with high honors from the University of California – Berkeley with a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Biology from the College of Chemistry. She received her medical degree from Albert Einstein College of Medicine and completed her residency training at Michigan State University/Grand Rapids Medical Education Partners where she served as Administrative Chief Resident receiving the Resident Teaching Award and the Urogynecologic Surgery Award. Dr. Pochert currently holds an academic appointment at the Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai as Clinical Instructor. She is an active member of the American College of Obstetrics and Gynecology (ACOG). In her free time, she enjoys yoga and theater.
