I had to wait a long time because the doctor was late. But i'm not upset, things happen. But the experience with Doctor Walter was worth the wait. He will listen and help you effectively without beating around the bush. Very professional and knowledgeable. Highly recommend. I don't think the wait time is common for his office. Like i mentioned this happen, traffic etc.. Definitely my new doctor.

Additional Internal Medicine training was conducted at Nassau County Medical Center. He has a excellent office staff on the Grand Concourse in the Bronx that does a great job at patient management and follow up. They understand as much as he does that patients must take steps toward their own personal health and recovery. His expertise coupled with a positive attitude has made him on of the best physicians in the New York metro area.

Apparently there was an 'emergency' at the Bronx office, however patient wasnt told untill after 1 hour of waiting. The 'emergency" was a water issue. (non patient) When returning for a make up visit, Dr was late and then proceeded to have conversation with receptionist about their weekend!
