It took me such a long time to schedule an appointment because I dread going to the Doctor I hate thewait time, filling out new patient paper work, and meeting a doctor that I may not even like. That was not the case this time. Dr. Sreenivasan was pleasant, very personable and gave me great advice. The office was clean, staff was friendly, paperwork was painless, and I waited less than 15 minutes after filling out paperwork to see the doctor. I’m so happy I now have a PCP that I love.

I would never leave a comment like this unless it were to save others from having my experience. You DO NOTwant to see this provider. Seriously. Women, go elsewhere. I saw Dr Sreenivasan for an annual Women’s Exam. I told multiple staff members before the doctor entered the room that I had a pregnancy that didn’t come to term. Due to that, my body can tend to clench during exams (stress). When Dr Sreenivasan entered, I gave her the same warning, and she then asked “how old is your baby?” I was shocked, since I not only told her assistants that I didn’t carry to term, but it’s also in my surgery records. She obviously didn’t look at my chart or read the notes from the staff who took my vitals. She then continued to pry asking how old I was and how old “the baby” was. There was no sensitivity. During the Woman’s Exam, she made the oddest comments. “Why is it so dry?” “Why does it look like that?” - all with absolutely no explanation. She left the room and I had to assume the exam was over and I was supposed to get dressed. Do I leave the room? Am I supposed to be on the table still? After 10 minutes she returned and handed me papers and said “the front will explain this to you”. I came to you for help and you made me feel insecure during the exam, left the room abruptly and didn’t have the courtesy to try to explain to me what is going on in my body. I handed the front desk lady my papers and she told me that the doctor referred me out for an internal ultrasound and to another OBGYN. Why? Not sure. But it was a STAT referral, so needless to say I was extremely concerned.. especially considering the comments she made during the exam. I was contacted by my pharmacy because I had a prescription filled. She didn’t diagnose me, didn’t tell me she was giving me medication - literally nothing. I went to the pharmacy and requested a consultation. I asked the pharmacist what this medication would be used for. He seemed shocked and asked “she didn’t diagnose you with anything?!” Nope! Nothing. He leaned over and said “this is usually prescribed for chlamydia”. Okay. WHAT?!? By this point, I was just about ready to have a complete meltdown over this whole situation. The doctor I’m referred to called me to confirm my referral, thankfully while I was still in the CVS parking lot. I asked them if the original doctor said I had chlamydia or if she gave them a diagnosis. No, there was no mention of chlamydia or a potential diagnosis. I don’t even have words. Absolutely worst physician I’ve ever had the poor luck to schedule with.

I was very impressed with the office from staff to the doctor. The onsite lab was also a big plus.

I was sort of expecting a check-up / physical exam plus some referrals, but there was no exam.... she just checked my breathing, and then helped me with the referrals. I met with the doctor for less than 5 minutes. This could be due to simple misunderstanding, and that's totally OK. However, hopefully I won't be charged for a full exam, because then we will be having some issues! We shall see. Otherwise, she and her office staff are friendly and courteous, and the office itself is clean. That's honestly about all I can say about it so far!

Dr, S Sreenivasan is everything I need in a doctor. She is highly recommended, sees her own patients when they need to be seen..reports to patients, personally, about test results and under her care, I feel more ensured to be the best that I can be. My daughter was so impressed with the visit, she is also switching to the doctor .

This was my first time with Dr. Sreenivasan so filling out forms took awhile. We talked a little while, asked about problems, and examined me. She gave me referrals to doctors in the area that I needed. I am pleased.

I was pleased to get in and out in a reasonably short time, as I had much to do that day. I was able to make it to my husbands Dr. appt. also on time. Dr. Sam seems to get to the point of things.

Be sure to show up early if you're new. The forms you need to fill out will take some time. Otherwise its about what you'd expect from a good doctor's office visit.
