I was canceled one hr prior to appointment time with a medical emergency excuse. The provider could had cancelled with at least enough time so I could have saved gas,work reschedule and lost time.
Sorry, but if the sudden medical emergency happened exactly on the day of my appointment is just a coincidence makes it hard to believe. Then again she is the professional provider,we are just the prospective patient seeking services a proper appointment was made thru the proper channels. I know where not to seek again for medical services.

We did a whole appointment and prescribed meds and then after the fact texted me saying she can’t see me anymore …

Dr. Swain is a very good doctor. I have had a lot of issues with being open but right away I felt comfortable with her. She is a really good listener and you can tell she empathizes with what you are saying. She has a very calm judgement free presence. I am very grateful to have finally found a good doctor that I can trust.

Doesn’t offer much help, is more concentrated on getting paid before you start anything, answers her phone which disrupts appointments, offers no solutions and brings her issues of her own to your therapy session.

She has changed my life over the past 8 months. I've seen 4 other psychiatrists in the past, & she's the only one that seems to care more about her patients than trying to shove in tons of appointments ($$$) all at once just to be seen for 10 minutes . The wait times are very short, 5-10 minutes, compared to the 30 - 45 minutes I had to wait in a crowded waiting room with my last psychiatrist. Be very patient with her, while she tries to find that (perfect match) of medications that works well with your brain chemicals.
