What should a new client know about working with you?

Credit cards and payments through Zelle are also accepted. I offer sliding scale as well. Please reach out with any questions for billing, I am happy to work with you to keep therapy affordable.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

Prior to initial appointment, you will be asked to complete intake forms and standardized assessments. This help me better understand your concerns, symptoms, background, and overall functioning so that our time together can be focused and meaningful. If talk therapy is warranted. I will provide appropriate referrals to ensure you receive the level of care that best supports your needs. After each appointment, goals will be discussed and will be followed through via the patient portal.
