Dr. Sandra Vause is a board-certified dermatologist at Schweiger Dermatology Group. Dr. Vause received her medical degree from Jefferson Medical College in Philadelphia and completed her dermatology residency training at Howard University Hospital. She is board-certified in dermatology and dermatologic surgery as well as integrative and holistic medicine.
Dr. Vause brings a unique comprehensive skill set that includes: whole health dermatology (lifestyle medicine), skin of color, skin cancers, and lasers and chemical peels.
She is volunteer faculty and clinical associate Instructor in dermatology at RWJMS/Rutgers. She continues to be an active member of the executive board and is past president of the Dermatology Society of New Jersey. She has published articles in dermatologic literature and worked on the editorial board for the American Society of Dermatologic Surgery newsletter.
Dr. Vause is open water-PADI certified since 1985 and spends much of her free time travelling to dive locations for scuba.
