She received her Master's degree at San Jose State in 1986 and her Doctorate degree through Arizona School of Health Sciences in 2003. She was named Sunnyvale's "Audiologist of the Year" by the Consumer Business Review. She has received the Bucharest Street Children's Project:"Hope Giver Award". She has traveled to Tanzania to provide hearing help with solar powered hearing devices for those with limited options. Her office has sent $12,000 to build a well in Africa and has sent over $11,000 to Help One Child, a local agency helping kids and caregivers in the Foster Care system. Dr. Sandra is married and has 2 kids in college and 1 in high school. Her practice is centered on professionalism, personal care and integrity.
