I filled out questions to be reasked the same questions, and I put my previous doctor info which was asked of me again.
Not a great experience so far.

Transparent office mechanism. If you visit for the first time then you need to spend sometime on the paperwork, so need more time to wait in the waiting area. Dr. Jain carefully listened to all my issues and suggested me medication which I actually required. The Nurse who assisted me throughout the process was very helpful and efficiently guided me through the whole process. Overall good experience.
