My only confusion was that I had to pay $49 upfront. I think it was $49. He is listed on my PCP so I should have had to pay anything. No explanation given. I did verify with the office manager that they accepted UHC HMO plans. So I don't understand the fee. Ive had long wait lists to get into a new PCP. So I did the TelaDoc because I needed Rx refills.

This is not a review of the doctor. The office staff was an awful experience. I got called at 4pm to be told there was an issue with my insurance when I had a 9am appointment the next day. When I asked if this would affect my appointment I was told I could do self pay. I have a PPO & am in network. That would’ve been unnecessary & a waste of money. I was waiting for at least a month or so for this appointment & was never made aware of it. Then when I explained to a Michele on the phone my frustration she cut me off and said “Have a great day” I cancelled my appointment following that and found another doctor. Again this is not a reflection of this doctor he could be amazing but the lack of professionalism and sensitivity from office staff has made me decide to not come here

Dr. Saylor is fantastic. My family is now traveling over 30 miles to see him. He is professional, knowledgeable, and caring. Once you find a Dr. like him, you follow him no matter where he goes. He is fantastic with my son who has Autism. Dr. Saylor makes sure all my son's medications are delivered correctly within the time frame. I would highly recommend Dr. Saylor as a physician.

Dr. Saylor has been my primary doctor at least 8 years, probably more years then that. I highly recommend him, so much so, that I left Watson Clinic to follow him to his new practice.
Dr. Saylor knows my history, and my chronic conditions so I don't have to start over with a new doctor which makes it much less complicated for me.
If you are looking for a primary physician he is the right choice for you. If he was previously your doctor then you should follow him to his new practice.

Great first visit with Dr. Saylor. He gave me plenty of time to explain my health history and listen to all of my concerns. He reviewed my blood work and physical areas of concern, provided his feedback, and we came up with a sensible plan for monitoring and follow up as needed.
This is a newer practice and it was clean and efficient. The entire staff was friendly. Overall a very positive experience and I would be happy to see Dr. Saylor again. Thanks!
