He's an excellent listener & never seems to be in a hurry. He tries to resolve all issues and is great with follow ups. This office is never busy which is great if you dont have a lot of time. I have never waited more than 5 minutes to be seen. Same day appointments are always easy and he even accepts walk ins!!
