I went in for a routine physical. I haven’t had one in over five years. I had to wait over an hour to see him which wouldn’t have been an issue if I felt like I was being thoroughly looked at. The doctor was knowledgeable and asked me if there was anything wrong (and I had nothing specific bothering me) but he didn’t even put his hands on me. Not once. Didn’t examine me or anything. Sure, I said nothing specific was bothering me but I’m not medically trained and I would’ve felt better if he had done any sort of actual exam on me. I don’t think he was being dismissive or anything, I think it’s something he probably didn’t think much of but I left feeling like I didn’t get what I had scheduled for.

Everything went smooth and everyone was very nice and courteous during our appointment. Sure the office in Sandy Springs is a little on the small side, but I knew that going into it and it was clean and worked for a general office visit. They were ready for me on time and no waiting at all, which is a huge plus when it comes to doctors offices that never honor the appointment times. I will continue to go here. ?

The psychiatric Nurse Practitioner (Lori) was amazing. She was kind, nonjudgmental, and really listened to me. She did not jump to the most extreme conclusions and helped ground me. I feel lucky to have found her and will absolutely continue care with her.

I wasn’t seen by an actual doctor that I booked with but instead by an NP. Laurie is amazing but I felt if I booked a doctor I should’ve seen a doctor. I ended up in the ER yesterday due to the on going chest pains. Great service but misleading
