This was my first time seeing Ms. Rao and I am so glad I made the decision to book with her! She was quite knowledgeable and listened to my concerns. She addressed my issues immediately and made me feel really comfortable in a not-so-great situation. I have a hard time with going to the doctor - I get scared! Ms. Rao took my anxiety away and has a very kind bedside manner. The staff were very nice and helpful. The ultrasound tech, Lisa, was AHHmazing. Just an overall great experience and I will be a returning patient now.

Everything was great. Dr Rao was amazing. She REALLY listens and is extremely helpful. This office is open on a Saturday which is VERY HARD to find. Office is clean and everyone there was very kind. A great experience and I truly recommend!!!!!!

Sapna Rao is a family nurse practitioner, board certified by the American Association of Nurse Practitioners, and currently licensed to practice in state of Florida: Sapna began her career in
1998. Her previous experiences include intensive care unit, emergency room, and occupational health. She earned her Master of Science degree from Nova Southeastern University and Chamberlain University in Chicago, Illinois. Sapna Rao is a thoughtful, open, and straightforward practitioner. She is passionate about preventative care and maintaining healthy communities. Her goal is to partner with you and create a plan to optimize your health. Focusing her professional practice on preventative care, Sapna Rao has received training in hormone replacement therapy. Sapna Rao is educated and trained in the effective use of bioidentical hormones for the relief of symptoms caused by age-related hormone imbalance in women and men. By providing hormones that are an exact biochemical match of your own hormones, it is possible to restore your hormones back to the balance you had in your 20's and 30's. Sapna Rao utilizes compounded Semaglutide and Tirzepatide.
Sapna is very committed to establishing meaningful relationships with the people she cares for. She wants them to feel empowered to nurture their own health. She is also very eager to help people have the tools they need with in-depth information about their choices so they can select the options they feel are most appropriate for them. She spends considerable time counseling about issues that matter most to the patient. Sapna is a mother of three beautiful little girls. She is a devoted wife, loving daughter and mother. She is not my normal provider so I came for an emergency reason. She’s a very nice person, but I don’t think she understood my urgency or worry. I’ve been bleeding for an entire month and I don’t mean spotting I mean like full-blown hemorrhaging
To me, it’s not alarming, but I think it’s more than a little soon stop but sure here’s a different birth control for now
We will do an ultrasound at a different time. That’s fine but what are we gonna do today? Walgreens didn’t seem to think that there was any urgency either. They’re not feeling my prescription until Monday.
So my follow-up question was when do I get a blood transfusion because I’m obviously here since I feel really weird
I don’t know if it’s endometriosis, but there’s definitely a reason why they’re specialized Endo

Everyone here is really friendly! I went in with concerns and they did bloodwork same-day and then scheduled an ultrasound for 3 days later in their office, rather than elsewhere (which I appreciate). I also had almost instant access to all the results with a portal which is really covenient. The same day of the ultrasound the Dr. And I spoke and she prescribed a potential solution and it was ready for pickup at my pharmacy within a few hours. So far, all green flags!!!
