I really like her. I have seen her twice in the past 6 months and I even switched doctors because I liked her better than my other doctor who I've been seeing for about 10 years. I travel from Fort Worth to Denton to see her, but I am sad to hear she will no longer be working in the state of Texas. I made another appointment to see a physician at this clinic, but I don't know if I will like them as much as I like her. I wish I would've known sooner that she will no longer be my doctor. It makes me sad to see her go but I am sure she will do great things wherever she is going.

They did nothing for me to help my problem and I had to wait an hour after my appointment time before I was seen. Found the Dr to be very rude and unhelpful.

The office had my appointment wrong and told me I had to reschedule to a different day when I drove an hour to get there. They Sent Me To A NOT Her Clinic I Had To Wait An hour at, after I demanded they treat me because I have a broken foot and can't drive an hour again and was in serious pain.. very dissatisfied.

Front desk personnel are rude to the clients. They are treated like cattle running through the sale barn. I was treated as if I were there for one acute problem and not treated as they should be to establish a provider care. Also website does not state to arrive an hour early and I was sent home to and had to reschedule. If the clinic wants a client to arrive early this website must note to arrive 1 hour early or they will reschedule. When transporatation is an issue this is important information.

The visit was fine, what I had a problem with was the appointment system. I scheduled an appointment for 9am and before arriving I printed and completed all necessary paperwork. I also got email and text confirmation. At no time in the paperwork or during any of the confirmations did it mention arriving an hour early before my appointment. I did however receive a phone call from the clinic the day before my appointment confirming I would be there. That was the first time I was told about arriving at 8am and if I arrived after 8:10 I would lose my appointment. Somewhere in the paperwork, when signing up online or the text/email confirmations there should be something about arriving an hour early.
