Very impressed and very at ease. Sara is wonderful. I am a new patient, I needed a new pcp because my regular pcp retired and I was not looking forward to finding someone new. I was greeted by Louise and she couldn't have been more professional or more welcoming. Great group of professionals, actually looking forward to seeing them in the future.

All the staff that I spoke with were very friendly. Dr Shipley was very knowledgable and took time to explain things through, like showing me each test she was sending me for and explaining what it was for and why it was necessary. The testing facility is in the same plaza, which was amazingly convenient.

Thorough, professional, coureous, answered all of my questions satisfactorily. Takes my concerns seriously, is very patient with my personality. If I feel I have a problem outside of general care, I am promptly referred to a local specialist. The staff is always pleasant and treat me with respect - as a person first and a patient second. I would never leave this practice unless my APRN moved or if moved - I would follow her to her next location if possible.
