The office was understaffed on the day I came in -- only Dr. Yoon and one other were seeing patients -- and the waiting area was chaotic. Prior to the appointment Northwell Health separately requested forms and additional information and confirmation (some duplicating Zocdoc). Their website was slow and I hit a lot of errors, so this took a long time. I then went into the office and was made to fill out forms on paper too. When I asked the staff why I had to fill in twice, I was given a very curt "you should have lets us know you had put it in online, we don't check the system" ... as if I had inconvenienced them by doing it wrong. Which is particularly strange because the multiple SMS, etc. messages from Northwell make very clear that filling everything out in advance is required. Why wouldn't they at least ask? It was one of the more unpleasant experiences I've had at a doctor's office.
Dr. Yoon herself was wonderful and very helpful, so these comments only reflect on the office.

I highly recommend Dr. Yoon. She is kind, patient, thorough, and did an excellent job calming my nerves and mapping out my treatment plan after diagnosing me with what turned out to be a truly serious (yet treatable when caught early) issue that 2 other doctors I'd seen in the 24 hours prior had failed to catch. I am now on my way to a full recovery thanks to her. Also worth noting are her staff, all of whom seem lovely.

Dr. Yoon was great. She listened and answered all of my questions and provided a clear plan for follow-up. The office and general building was very clean and well maintained. The only downside was the office was very busy (although efficiently run) so I was at my apt. for almost 2 hours. There was a lot of shuffling to different rooms for scans etc. so it didn’t feel excessively long, but definitely something to be aware of for your own planning.

Excellent doctor. She took her time to explain my diagnosis and possible complications. I was given an interpreter and the doctor was very patient with us. The office staff was very polite and understanding. Highly recommended.
