Dr. Bair is a Fellow of the American Academy of Dermatology (FAAD) specializing in both medical and cosmetic dermatology including the treatment of the skin, hair, and nails. She prides herself on offering exceptional care with a personal touch.
Dr. Bair graduated with honors from the University of Nebraska School of Medicine in Omaha, Nebraska, and holds an undergraduate degree in finance (B.S.B.A.), summa cum laude from Creighton University. Dr. Bair completed her intern transitional year at Presbyterian/St. Luke’s Hospital in Denver and Dermatology residency at the University of South Florida in Tampa, Florida.
Having developed patient relationships in Longmont, Loveland, Estes Park, and surrounding communities during her tenure at the Longmont Clinic and Lake Loveland Dermatology, Dr. Bair is excited to welcome you to her own new practice in Longmont.

Dr Bair is both professional and personable. I came to her on a recommendation from a friend after going to a different dermatoligist for over 3 years. What a difference!! Dr Bair treats the whole person, not just the body. She welcomes questions, and slows down to answer them, rather than having one foot out the door. The staff are polite, educated, and cheerful.

Even though Dr. Bair is way out of the way for me I’m happy I made the trek. I was very nervous about going to the dr considering COVID 19; however you have to call when you arrive before you enter and the staff brings you right back into a room and everyone was wearing a mask. I loved that you can enter all of your information and fill out your forms online and they actually use the information! Sometimes you enter everything online and then get to the Drs and they ask you to repeat the info on paper! As for Dr. Bair and her staff they were all very kind, warm, and welcoming.

Dr. Bair is one of the most knowledgeable doctors I've had the pleasure of working with. She was able to answer numerous questions a prior doctor just shrugged her shoulders about and said she would have to ask her colleagues which she never did. Whenever I choose a new physician, I ask my friends for recommendations. Two friends recommended Dr. Bair. She is very professional, answered all my questions, and prescribed treatment for my issues. Her staff is friendly and organized. In this corona pandemic time, the procedures implemented at Crossroads Dermatology made me feel safe.

I've been seeing Dr. Bair for several years now at another clinic. She stopped going to that other clinic and because Dr. Bair is the best doctor (not just dermatologist, best doctor, period) I've ever seen I followed her.
I had my first appointment at Crossroads 6 days ago and I was nervous because I'm transgender and that's often an challenge with new clinics. But I was so pleasantly surprised! Their intake paperwork asks for your gender identity and sexual orientation (there's a drop down menu and if you don't see your option, you can hit other and type out your answer). That really eased my anxiety about going there. I've never had a medical clinic be so affirming and welcoming right off the bat like that.
As for the appointment itself:
We (I need an advocate with me because my anxiety can get so high I blank out) waited in the car until a room was ready. We were asked if we had masks and they did contactless temperature checking before we came in.
Dr. Bair's MA (whose name I forget, oops) came in, asked some questions, including my pronouns, and explained the paperwork I needed to sign on their tablet. The rest of the appointment was great, which is what I've come to expect from Dr. Bair. She's always friendly, professional, presents treatment options that make you feel like they're OPTIONS, and genuinely seems to care.
In short, I'd highly recommend Crossroads, especially if you're on the transgender spectrum.
