Dr. Blank joins our practice after relocating from St. Louis, MO. A native of Memphis, TN, she received her medical degree from the Medical College of Virginia. Here, she was inducted into the Alpha Omega Alpha honor society and awarded the Dean’s Award for the highest academic achievement. Dr. Blank completed her residency training in Otolaryngology at Washington University/Barnes-Jewish Hospital in St. Louis. While in residency, she trained extensively in all aspects of head and neck surgery, including pediatrics, oncology, rhinology, otology, and facial plastic surgery. She enjoys treating patients of all ages and has a special interest in general pediatric otolaryngology. Additionally, Dr. Blank’s clinical interests include the medical and surgical treatment of sinus disease and allergy, salivary gland disorders, and diseases of the thyroid and parathyroid glands. During her free time, Dr. Blank enjoys spending time with her husband and two year old daughter.

Unfortunately I cannot recommend Dr. Blank's practice after my last visit. I'm not the type to leave negative reviews, but in this case I was bothered enough that I felt I had to.
A couple of weeks after my visit for a lingering cough, I was contacted by the office asking me to schedule a CT scan, despite Dr. Blank never indicating one was necessary except as a last resort. When the office called me, I explained this, and they tried to talk me into getting one anyway. Their reason was that my insurance pre-approved it and I only had a couple of weeks to get one, as if the fact that it would be paid for was reason enough to get one!
Knowing that CT scans carry a large dose of radiation and should be avoided unless absolutely necessary, I never intended to get one for a cough, anyway, but the fact that they were trying to schedule me for a procedure that even Dr. Blank did not recommend as an immediate course of action was a major red flag and unfortunately I can no longer trust their recommendations.
Either they are attempting to add unnecessary services regardless of the patient's best interests, or they have very problematic internal communication, as the office was attempting to schedule a pretty serious procedure despite being completely unnecessary.

Dr Sarah Blank was friendly and easy to talk to. She exhibited empathy and understanding of my issues. She explained and showed the ear anatomy and how air pressure affects the interior of the ears in flight. I didn't have anything serious. That helped too.

Dr. Blank has changed my life for the better! After suffering for years and waking up feeling horrible everyday, I finally said enough is enough and decided to made an appointment with an ENT. I did a lot of research on the doctors covered by my insurance and chose to go with Dr. Blank. Making the appointment was a breeze, especially since she practices on Saturdays! My wait time both in the waiting room and exam room was never more than 10 minutes. First impression: She's not especially warm or overly friendly, but she is smart, clearly cares and listens. Dr. Blank is a true professional and I am incredibly grateful for her - she really has improved my quality of life. If you've been searching for a diagnosis/treatment from an ENT - I highly recommend Dr. Blank.

Went there for sleep study. It took one month to have sleep study because of the waiting list. Once the sleep study is done no results nothing until we call them asked for sleep results. Even then doctor did not provide results summary in writing.

Office was convenient, new and professional. There is a lot of initial paperwork, so come early. I had to wait about 30 minutes passed my appointment time before I was taken back and 5-10 minutes in the exam room before I was seen. The doctor was through and professional.

My experience with Dr. Blank specifically was wonderful; I did not feel rushed and she explained everything well and answered all my questions. However, I had to wait almost an hour to be seen, simply because the receptionist took that long to input my information into the computer.
