Sarah Johnson, ACNP-BC works with clients of all ages and has extensive history treating ADHD, anxiety, depression, and other mental health conditions. She is ready to meet with you to formulate a comprehensive plan of care that considers your concerns, values, and health history. Sarah has over 10 years experience treating patients with complex medical and psychiatric needs, working together with clients and families to achieve their best overall health. She has a special interest in holistic treatment, integrating both medical and non-medical interventions for the best possible outcomes. Sarah's rate is $200 per hour, due at the time of service.
After graduating from Vanderbilt University, Sarah moved back to her hometown of Chattanooga, TN to care for her community. In addition to her current practice, she has cared for the needs of hospitalized, medically complex individuals, and for patients and families facing end of life concerns. In her outpatient practice she has years of success treating depression, anxiety, ADHD, and other common mental health concerns across the lifespan. Sarah also earned a Master's level degree in Education and feels that educating clients empowers and paves the way for successful treatment. She joined Complex Psychiatry Solutions and Consultations with the goal of providing more focused and personalized care.
Getting to know clients and understanding their goals is vital. Each client and their goals are unique and treatment plans should be tailored as such. Utilizing evidence-based treatment modalities, making changes when treatment plans aren't working, and celebrating progress towards goals are pillars of Sarah's practice.
Sarah enjoys spending time with her husband, their children, and their dog Lando. She loves baseball, exploring the outdoors, and traveling.

Sarah is an excellent provider! Very caring, listens to your concerns, and is genuinely invested in your health and wellbeing. She played a tremendous part in making sure my postpartum depression was managed and always provided a listening ear when I needed to talk. Would highly recommend.

Mrs Johnson has given me exceptional care in my time with her. She always responds to my messages promptly while listening carefully to my concerns. She follows up to make sure I’ve found relief or resolution. I can’t recommend Mrs Johnson enough for quality care.
