It is a privilege to help others on their health journey whether it’s through chronic disease management, investigating new diagnoses, or preventative care. There is a unique connection that occurs when providing care, and I cherish the opportunity to walk with someone through their health discoveries. To me, the role of a primary care provider should be one of true advocacy. It’s my job to advocate for the best outcomes for and with you. This is not just telling you how and what to do, but finding out what is important to you, providing information on ways to achieve your goals, and exploring options known and unknown to you. I’m a complete nerd with a sense of humor and I love the following: my family, video games, crafts of all sorts, running, and the great outdoors. I play a few instruments, and can carry a tune. I can be found watching old movies, listening to anything from opera to metal, and doing hands on projects with my family.
