We accept Insurance for patients in Georgia. We do NOT accept Insurance for patients in Arizona and Florida.
CASH PAY OPTION:
Weight loss consultation: $199 for initial consult
Follow up visit: $99/month
HRT/TRT Hormone Replacement Therapy : $199 for initial consult
BHRT follow up: $99/month (without medication) (women)
TRT follow up: $159/month (with medication) (men)
Will not Refill pain medications, Benzodiazepine or Controlled substances
Dr. Sarah Omodele is a a Family Nurse Practitioner and trained health coach with over 20 years of experience as a nurse and more than 15 years as a Nurse Practitioner. She has worked in Cardiology, Internal Medicine, Gastroenterology, Clinical Research, and Mental Health. Dr. Omodele earned her Doctor of Nursing Practice from Southern Adventist University and holds a Master’s in Nursing from Georgia State University.
She is passionate about helping her patients break free from the barriers holding them back from true health and well-being. She believes health is about more than just weight loss—it’s about feeling confident, balanced, and vibrant in every part of your life.
She provides an holistic approach and her treatment plans are customized to each patient.
