The staff was so lovely and the facility was nice, but the doctor was rude and aloof. She started off complaining to me that I should either get a consistent general care doctor (something I thought she could be), or go to urgent care. I asked if I should leave. She apologized at the end of the session, but I’d never return to her despite her wonderful nurse and front desk staff. Joined One Medical instead.
