This Dr. immediately felt like a friend you're chatting with; very warm and caring, despite it being nearly 6:30 pm... I'm sure he was exhausted (I was having a particularly rough flare up of probable endometriosis, but wanted to rule out infection). Dr. Wallace was great—very down to earth person who took me seriously but still made the whole visit relaxed and casual. His availability for appointments was only a few days out, I waited for maybe two minutes once I got there, and the facility itself was very clean. They also have a phlebotomist in house so I could get my blood work done right then and there. Overall highly recommend!

As a trans person, with multiple health issues and a bit of anxiety about seeing a new doctor, Dr Robert made me feel very comfortable and listened to. He helped me add my preferred name in the system . I will say that the front desk girl wasn't very well versed in how to approach my name issue and it was a little bit uncomfortable so I think they could have a little bit more training about that.
